Regular exams for seventh and eighth grade pupils took place Wednesday at Bynum Collins Brady Conrad Valier Dupuyer and Chateau with Cut Bank hosting on May 11 and 12. In Chateau twenty five eighth graders were examined and between forty and fifty seventh graders were tested.

Regulations authorize residents along star routes outside town limits to place roadside mail boxes or cranes for carrier pickup. Written requests to the local postmaster are required. Boxes must be provided at no cost to the department and protect mail. Carriers collect, deliver, and deposit mail at designated points with no charge, and alcohol transport is forbidden.
