Alexander Hay Yule 85 of Santa Barbara California had funeral services held in a Santa Barbara funeral home. He was father of A M Red Yule of Choteau and grandfather of Louise Yule. He came to Montana in 1883, lived in Monarch with his mother and sisters, moved to California during World War II, and is survived by a son and four grandchildren. Burial will be in Highland cemetery Great Falls. Mrs Bruce returns to Libertyville Illinois after visiting daughter Mrs M M Frazier.

Orin Neiffer, 19, Fairfield, pleaded guilty in district court at Chateau Oct. 11 to first degree burglary for the Aug. 20 burglary of Pearson's store in Greenfield. Judge R J Nelson presided in Black's absence. Neiffer was sentenced to five years suspended in the state penitentiary and ordered to pay $355 restitution. Charges against David Bohmer, 19, Fairfield, were dropped. illegal possession of beer charges were filed later. The Fairfield juvenile was sent to the state industrial school in Miles City for a related burglary.
