The Ladies Industrial of the Methodist church will host a harvest bazaar and dinner at the Masonic hall on October 28. The all day bazaar features booths for candy, folk items, vegetables, fish pond, and home made garments with a 5 pm dinner for adults 50 cents and children 35 cents.

Plan to Improve Teton Scout Lodge and Nearby Cabins
At a Teton-Sun River district Boy Scouts trade committee meeting the disused lodge on the Teton was discussed. A 5 year improvement program may launch with potential land title transfer to the forest service and about $200 in building improvements. Funeral Rites for Mrs Geo Benedett Held Here Sunday
Funeral services for Mrs Charlotte Benedett wife of George Benedett were held at the Methodist church with Rev R V Vick officiating and Eastern Star rites administered by Olga Monifman. The body went to Great Falls for cremation. Survivors include her husband a sister two brothers and a son.

Auto Collisions Leave Five Men Hospitalized in Teton County
Two crashes occurred this week near Fairfield and Dutton. Five men from Fairfield—Howard Thorn A C Munson and Sam Anderson—were hospitalized after a country road collision four miles east of Fairfield. Sheriff Billings investigated. A separate drunken driving crash near Dutton sent Egnac Martinaitis to Chateau and injured a Hansen Packing Co salesman. Martinaitis was fined $159 by Judge Jackson.

Mounted Deer Heads Missing At McDonald Block
Two mounted deer heads disappeared from the McDonald block Saturday night prompting concerns of a prank or crime. One head, killed on Deep Creek over two decades ago, was mounted by Frarry Stanford at Kalispell, an item considered exceptionally fine by Mr. McDonald.

Beet Workers Wages to Be Threshed Out at Billings Meeting
Helena reports hearings by Agricultural Adjustment Administration officials to set fair wages for beet workers in Montana. Jack Moore Wins Dairy and Ice Cream at Pacific International
Jack Moore, formerly of Chateau and now a senior at Utah Agricultural College, won first in dairy products and first in ice cream at the Pacific International Livestock Exposition in Portland Oregon. Aged Matron Angeline Carrier Dies in Chateau Hospital
Angeline Carrier, 91, of French and Indian descent, widow of Alfonso Carrier, died Wednesday night at Chateau hospital. She lived in Teton county 37 years and left 13 children including daughters Stella Armstrong LaRocque and Marie Parker, and sons William Peter Joe Carrier. Funeral held Monday at St Luke's Church with requiem high mass and burial at Chateau cemetery. Pallbearers named Wi Gray Willis Bushman Pete Bushman Jack Stary and B Ameline.

Dutton Hunters Hit Open Elk Season Near Gibs on Sun River
Dutton businessman D N Johnson led a four man party that traveled Beaver Creek to a camp near the head of Sun River by Gib son Dam for the elk season opening. About 75 hunters gathered in the area forming a large tent city as elk were reported plentiful. Joining Johnson were Fred Phillips Lyle Dormody and Ray Umphress.
