Department of the Interior issues a contest affidavit by Bart Armstrong against land entry No 713 by William M Haas in town ship 33 north range 1 west Montana Meridian. It alleges failure to file proofs and to expend one dollar per acre annually since July 14 1902 and lack of irrigation or cultivation.
