Basketban Opens Teton County High Season With Inter class Tourney
The Teton County High School basketball season began with an inter class tournament held Tuesday and Wednesday. Seniors defeated juniors 9 to 17 in the final, after earlier games where juniors, freshmen, sophomores and seniors competed. Championship lineup featured Mozer Lear Black Core and Bleecker for the seniors against Smith Moore Yeager Thompson Olson and Moore for the juniors.

Miss Cort Found Dead at Ranch West of Choteau
Miss M. A. Cort 62 for mer manager of the county poor farm and former bookkeeper for S. T. Walter Chalmers who died in a plane crash near Fort Shaw Wednesday evening was laid to rest at Farmington cemetery after funeral services at the Farmington Lutheran church attended by many. The Rev. Dutton Water Works Attracts Many Bidders At Court Hearing
Fifteen bids opened at the Dutton court house for furnishing materials and constructing the water works system. Divisions covered pumps and pipe work, a 100000 gallon tank on a 100 foot tower, and trenching plus piping.
