Sun River Electric announced the unanimous reelection of directors Charles Field Pendroy and George Huffman Sun River at its 28th annual meeting held November 15. Rod Hanson reported on the co op's condition as it completed its fifth general retirement of capital credits totaling 442 108 since inception. The 1954 retirement of 58 133 will be paid this fall to those who bought electricity in 1954. Sun River Electric serves about 2600 rural customers with 2100 miles of line across eight counties.
