About 150 gathered in the high school gymnasium for the Teton Future Farmers banquet. Bernard Toenyes presided as toastmaster with Miss Walton leading songs and Principal A. B. Guthrie introducing officials. County Agents Fred Willson and Herb Winner emphasized Smith-Hughes aims and long term agricultural planning. A program followed with music, a talk on Future Farmer achievements, and a humorous reading. Dinner was prepared by Home Economics students.

D. in the county is set for Friday November 13 at the court house for western leaders and Saturday November 14 at the Women’s club room in Dutton for eastern leaders. Teton and Chouteau 4-H clubs joined for a fall broadcast over KFBB on Saturday November 7. Lions Observe Armistice Day Program At Meeting

Work Starts on Eureka Reservoir in Montana
Stripping operations began yesterday on the Eureka Lake reservoir project ten miles northwest of Choteau. Four fregsnos and one plow were used as farmers, stockholders in the Teton Cooperative Canal Co, started preliminary work before state transfer to the Water Conservation board. The $25,000 project aims to create 4,600 feet of storage capacity as D. P. Fabrick of the board visited Helena to finalize arrangements.

Fairfield Man Involved In Traffic Accident Dies Victim
Mrs. Katherine E. Nash aged 66 of 908 Central avenue west died at a local hospital after a traffic accident on Central avenue west between Ninth and Tenth streets. Ray Halladay of Fairfield 46 drove west and struck her as she walked into the truck. He was booked and released on his own recognizance pending further actions.
