A wool pool committee meeting is set for November 10 in County Agent Robert Clarkson’s office to fix a date and plan the annual wool growers’ meeting later this month. D E Richards and M R Stebbins will lead discussions on lamb feeding, feeder lamb types, sheep standardization, buck quality, and grower buyer relations with invited sheep buyers. Fifty five Teton county farmers support the pool which last spring shipped 112 305 pounds with net proceeds of 42397 29. purchases were by C S McDonald for Draper and Co Boston.

Child Nearly Loses Eye In Leaf Pile Explosion
Leroy Shermer four year old son of Mr and Mrs John Shermer narrowly escaped total eye loss Tuesday when a 22 caliber cartridge raked in a burning pile exploded. The shell lodged in his lower lid until removed by his mother and a stitch was needed at Maynard hospital.

First Ballot Cast In Precincts By Local Voters
Marry Price was first to cast a ballot in Precinct No. 1 and Undersheriff J. L. Billings won precinct No. 2. A. C. Burbank had hoped to be first again, but arrived early.
