Leonard Conn a Pendroy and Chateau figure dies at 29 from heart ailment. Born November 6 1914 in Butte he grew up in Pendroy attended Teton High and earned honors in FFA and livestock judging with Lester Kirby. Survived by wife Avis Van Auken two sons Donald and Marlin his mother and siblings. Funeral held at St Michael’s Catholic Church Conrad with burial beside his father. Her family plans a move to Seattle.

One Shot Keeton and Pards Bring Elk Meat Home
In a Rockies trip, J Keeton of San Piero California and lawyer V Malouf of Long Beach returned with 1000 pounds of elk meat. Malouf shot a large bull elk on Wrong Creek.
