Pauline Dutton Retires With Marvelous Awards at Dutton High
About 200 gathered May 16 at Dutton High School to honor Pauline Tomsha Dutton Mrs Marvel Kempf. The program The Marvelous Awards featured Stan Hould as MC, a fishing creel gift and monetary gift. An orchid corsage was presented. reception tea followed with Edith Johnson Bev Hould and Linda Olson assisting. Out of town guests included Lloyd Resser Don Freshour Iola Butts Henrietta Loucks and Stan Hould. The Dutton Cemetery Committee met May 18 electing Ora Schultz president Pauline Tomsha vice president James Cheetham secretary treasurer with Oscar Mehl and C W Hektner as trustees.

The American Legion Auxiliary offers antenna flags at local shops B & B Grocery Wipruds Club and Teton Taverns with renewal options for tattered flags. Memorial Day honors war dead through this program. The Royal Neighbors of America met May 19 at Mrs Burnetta Toeckes home for 500 with prizes won by Edith Kaldor Lena Johnson Olga Schuler Ora Schultz and Ester Clark.
