Busy week for Fairfield students with graduation events
Eighth grade pupils will receive diplomas at graduation Thursday evening, with twenty six seniors listed by name. A 10th annual commencement program will feature speakers from Raon and Billings, while thirty seven seniors receive diplomas in a ceremony led by a social high school committee. The baseball team travels for the district title, while alumni activities and a play by the senior class add to the packed week. A Fairfield life tragedy follows as Eric Hedbloom dies by suicide at home after health struggles.
