A quirky column from the weekly Bugle features dog letters to the editor including an anonymous “Pooch” and a canine writer “Chief Barrett” from Chateau. They offer advice on managing pests, hydrants, and cats, praise the editor’s commentary, and defend the column against slander about a St Bernard bar tale.
