Odd Fellows Rebekahs Hold District Convention at Choteau
Fifty eight Odd Fellows and 102 Rebekahs attended the district convention in Choteau last Saturday along with many relatives. Distinguished visitors included Past Grand Master James of Great Falls and state assembly officers Mrs. Wits of Butte Mrs. Swain of Great Falls and Mrs. Pilgeram of Belt. Leslie H. Bush was named district president and Mrs. George Thompson district Rebekah president. Great Falls will host the next district convention.

The Glenloyd hotel and apartment house in Choteau was sold to Mrs. W. R. Weaver with Emma Thompson connected to the purchase. Transfer from owner C. K. Malone becomes effective July 1, with possible name change and planned paintwork and improvements. The 35 room building on Main Avenue was built in 1913 by Homer Jackson and associates.

Harrises Arrive to Spend Summer Months in Chateau
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Harris with two daughters Erna Lou and Joyce and Harris's father Abed arrived to spend about two months in Chateau. The elder Harris, a pioneer Du puyer merchant from Los Angeles, Calif, is well known locally as Joe. The younger Harris, long based in Chicago, plans a residence change to Los Angeles. They leased the G. C. Core residence for two months.

Municipal Band to Open Street Concert Season
The Municipal band will open its weekly concert season tomorrow at 7 30 pm at the street intersection near the Citizens State Bank corner. The venue shifts to a new Main avenue corner weekly.
