Parkway Cafe Set to Open Here This Saturday
The Parkway cafe will open Saturday in the former Merchants cafe building. Owner Mrs Harry Young of Agawam and her husband recently bought the building from Power Morgan Co and renovated it. The exterior is colonial yellow with green trim and the interior in ivory and orange. New flooring and fixtures include dishes and curtains. Miss Bertha McDonald becomes waitress and Mrs Martha Boutilier works as cook.

Farmers' Union Picnic Set for June 22 in City Park
W G Dauwalder secretary of the Teton county unit announces the annual Farmers Educational and Cooperative Union picnic will be held Wednesday June 22 in the city park. The program will include sports and speaking with A W Ricker editor of the Farmers Union Herald and Charles Egley livestock manager as speakers. City council approves sprinkling fund levy and fire truck study
At the Monday meeting the council adopted a resolution for a sprinkling or oiling tax in district No. 2 for 1932, totaling 648 dollars with 76 taxpayers led by Teton County and W. E. Rice. Final passage is set for July 5, and taxes are due by November 30. The body also deferred buy of a fire truck and ordered two new street lights installed by Montana Power Co.
