On Wednesday Moorhardt versus Johnson arose from a ditch dispute and will have briefs submitted after a site review by attorneys. Thursday morning Jerry Goodwin and Jas A. McBride were each sentenced to three years in state prison for box car burglary.

Shooting Case Shifts to Teton County Authorities
