Sleep Tips for Hot Weather and Restful Nights
Warm nights ruin sleep and leave you drained for the day. Use cool sheets and cotton sleepwear, avoid hunger, drink a milk or cracker to settle digestion, and apply hazel pads or a cold cloth to eyes. Relax muscles progressively and avoid stressing about tomorrow. If still awake, read briefly, then return to bed with cooling aids.
