Conservation Vital To Nation Says ACA Chairman
Roy Morgan chairman of the Teton county agricultural conservation committee says soil and water conservation is vital to all residents and farmers. The program aims to assure food and fiber supply, improve nutrient content, and act as a national insurance against shortages. Congress appropriated 150 million dollars this year, about one dollar per person, yielding at least 300 million dollars in conservation value.

Feed School Set For Monday Tuesday
A special feeding and nutrition program for feeders and handlers will run July 26 and 27 in Great Falls. County Agent Ramond Kelly says the session, directed by four specialists from Montana State College, meets 9 AM to 4 30 PM daily in the Civic Center council room. Harry Stott Funeral Held in Bynum
Last rites were conducted for Harry Stott 45 at the Latter Day Saints church in Bynum after injuries from a hay wagon accident near Chateau. He died in a Great Falls hospital July 14. Burial was in Chateau cemetery. survivors include his widow Lucy Rowley, a son, father George A. Stott, three brothers, and two granddaughters.

Three Year Old Richey Clough Takes Airport Tricycle Ride
A 3 year old, Richey Clough, rode a tricycle from home to the airport yesterday and spent two hours sightseeing before a pilot gave him a ride. His mother, aided by Sheriff Peterson and Marshal Fowler, conducted a citywide search before learning he was at the airport. He returned home unharmed.

Choteau Residents Attend Old Timers Meet in Dupuyer
Choteau residents including Mrs. C S McDonald and Denzil McDonald joined townsfolk at the Old Timers reunion in Dupuyer last Saturday. A large crowd enjoyed a Dupuyer parade by the Conrad band and a staged coach replica built by Bruce Dennison. Community singing, reunions, supper, and a 9 p.m. dance followed.
