Three Indian Boys Charged with Theft
County Attorney Leo Murphy said he filed petty larceny charges against Joseph Charles Crawford Jr Wesley Brown Jr and Robert Running Wolf all of Heart Butte for stealing a tire and wheel from Roy Christianson Pendroy. The car Crawford owned was found wrecked and in the ditch north of Pendroy on July 12. Crawford also faces a charge for failing to report an accident per Patrolman Helf's complaint. The trio had attended a Pendroy dance on July 11.
