Former Teton Resident Alma Lindseth Dies in Seattle
Alma Lindseth 83 widow of Dan Lindseth and longtime Teton county resident died Sunday in Seattle after a short illness. Services were held in Seattle and a later service was planned at the Lutheran church in Choteau. Survived by four daughters and two sons, plus two sisters and 10 grandchildren. The Lindseths ran a wheat and cattle ranch near Choteau until 1934.

Mrs Lyall Crary Hospitalized After Car Accident
Mrs Lyall S Crary of Choteau was hospitalized in Baker Oregon after a collision when a truck and semi trapped her car against a guard rail on an icy highway. Dr Crary suffered bruised knees and returned to Choteau. Mrs Crary remained in hospital about two weeks.

Boxing coach Stan Brown will lead five Choteau fighters Tommy Snyder Mike Snyder Lyle George Lonnie McCollum and J B Laman to the Wolf Point tournament on March 3 and 4. Gulf Oil Honors Tulsa Driller for 20 Years Service

Former Choteau Resident Dies At Kalispell
Earl Heighton died in Kalispell after living there since 1936. Born October 11, 1891 in Dupuyer, he served in World War I and was a Kalispell butcher. He leaves widow Violet Williams, a stepdaughter, and a sister in Lewistown.

The Star Drive-in theatre south of Conrad was sold to the Kluth interests. Ray Yeager built it in 1952 and has run it for four seasons while also farming in the Brady district. The Kluth interests own the State Theatre at Cut Bank the Orpheum at Conrad the Roxy at Shelby and are developing more drive ins near Cut Bank and north of Shelby.

Fairfield Man Hurt in Accident
Fairfield resident John Witzel, 55, was injured in an automobile crash on US Highway 89 near the Fort ranch when his vehicle went into a barring pit. He was transported to a Great Falls hospital and listed in satisfactory condition at Columbus Hospital. The mishap occurred around 4 12 a.m. per state troopers.
