Elmer Weaver Leaves Royal Theatre for Billings Position
Elmer Weaver who ran moving picture machines at the Royal theatre for years left Tuesday for Billings to take a similar job. He arrived Wednesday night at 10 30 by telephone message. Mrs Weaver and the children will join him after packing and the children recover from a mild illness. Cecil Huffman will take his place at the local theatre.

Chateau was defeated 30 to 23 by Conrad Independents in a hard fast game Saturday night at Conrad. Conrad led most of the contest and pulled away late thanks to two mid court baskets. Taylor led Conrad with 12 points and W Cohoe of Chateau had 11 for Chateau. The locals face Cascade next in Cascade, hoping to end the undefeated run.

Reclassifying County Grazing Lands Under New Shown System
County Assessor Otto Wagnild and County Surveyor Obert Peterson began work Monday on re classifying grazing lands under a new board provision. A fourth class is added with minimum values of 6.00 in zone one 5.00 in zone two and 3.00 in zone three. The team expects to complete the task in about two weeks.
