Mrs. Ferris born August 14 1858 in Long Grove Illinois resided in Amboy South Dakota Pony Dillon and other places before moving to Teton county in 1909. She married C H Ferris August 20 1885 near Waterbury SD and lived on a farm east of Choteau. Survived by Roland Ferris Greta Bush eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. An art student and teacher she belonged to Macabees Rebekah Lodge Society of Pioneers of Montana Oldest Settlers and Daughters of the American Revolution.
