Audrey Averill Weds Clark Hilton in Chateau First Methodist
Audrey Averill and Clark Howard Hilton were married Sunday in Chateau First Methodist Church in a candlelight ceremony. The bride wore white brocaded satin with a pearl tiara and carried red roses and white gardenias. Attendants included maid of honor Phyllis Schell and bridesmaids Dorothy and Ruby Kroon. The groom’s party included Jack Anderson and ushers Ronald Otness Cecil Cole and Daryl Hagie. A church reception followed and the couple will reside in Fort Benton after a motor trip to Salt Lake City and Denver.

Electors to Vote on Amendment and Two Referendums
Voters in Teton County will decide at the November 2 General election on a proposed constitutional amendment and two referendums. Referendum No. 51 would raise state taxes by six mills for ten years to fund the Greater University of Montana and related services. No. 52 would allow up to five million dollars in additional state debt for campus construction with bond issuance and annual tax payments. An amendment would enable cancellation of certain delinquent personal property taxes and some county obligations aged ten years or more. County Clerk James Van Cleave urged reading the measures and voting on election day.

Snow Measure Courses Staked On Sun River
