CHS Track Teams Schedule Three Road Meets This Spring
Chateau High School boys and girls track teams will compete at three away meets between April 2 and May 8, visiting Shelby on April 29 Columbia Falls on May 1 and Conrad on May 15. The teams then host the Acantha Meet on May 15, the Divisional at Conrad May 21 and 22, and finish at the State Meet in Missoula May 28 and 29. The girls won a triangular with Choteau, Fort Benton and Conrad as top results noted.

Chateau High School junior Rock Perkins is among 16 Montana high school students chosen to join a special choral group at the University of Montana in Missoula. From May 3 to May 7 he rehearses Mendelssohn's Elias with guest conductor Robert Shaw, culminating in a May 7 performance at 8 p.m. Also selected from the area are college students Vickie Perkins and Riscilla Bergen.
