BOLE SECTION MAN HELD ON BOOTLEG LIQUOR CHARGE
Ralph Lotito a Great Northern section foreman and longtime railroad employee was arrested on a bench warrant for selling intoxicating liquor. He was jailed in Chateau after failing to post 1000 bail. Authorities say the case concerns bootleg sales to minors around 17. Lotito, about 50, denies the accusations. he has a wife and several children in Chicago.

County Treasurer Otto Wagnild reports Teton County gained 6394.90 from the first quarter 1926 auto license money, received as the county's share from Austin B. Middleton. The payment reflects Montana license collections January 1 to April 1, with future monthly remittances expected based on vehicle registrations. Hannibal Adams Dies in Great Falls at 59
Hannibal Adams 59, longtime Teton county resident, died Tuesday in a Great Falls hospital after a long illness. He lived on a ranch northeast of Fairfield and worked for Floweree Sheep & Horse Company for seven years. A member of Choteau Lodge No. 11, I C C F, he never married and is survived only by a brother Taylor Adams. Funeral services at 2 pm at the Methodist church, with Rev. Robert Culbertson officiating. Burial will follow in the local cemetery.

Residents of Greenfields beach near Fairfield petitioned for a new roundup district to manage seven townships and appoint a foreman to remove abandoned or nuisance horses. The plan covers land south and east of Chateau and the Great Northern rail line toward Power and aims to eliminate range waste and improve land use. Signers include Sam Ness and O J Olson among fifteen Fairfield men. The April meeting also renewed a road maintenance contract with the State Highway Commission for 35.09 miles of county roads at 1750 dollars each year and approved a drainage improvement request to the U S Reclamation Service due to seepage threatening fields and roads. Montana Power Driver Recovers From 6600-Volt Shock
Marshall King 48, a truck driver for Montana Power Co. at Great Falls, returned home after a hospital stay following a near fatal 6600 volt electric shock at the A. C. M. smelter. Trout Plant Boosts Choteau River Fishing Prospects
Ten thousand silver salmon trout were planted yesterday evening in the Teton river just north of the steel bridge two miles south of Choteau by members of the Choteau Rod and Gun Club. The fish came from the Great Falls hatchery and were transported from Great Falls on the Great Northern with Eddie Howard in charge of the shipment.

Angus Bruce Dies at 69. Longtime Great Falls Settler
Angus Bruce 69 a resident here since 1882 died early Sunday at City hospital after weeks of illness. Born in Prince Edward Island in 1857 he homesteaded near Great Falls and ran a large 1000 acre ranch west of town. He married Annie Elliott in 1897. she died in 1917. Survived by two actors and three brothers, funeral at the Methodist church with burial in Chateau cemetery.
