A city ordinance requires beer license holders to sign an affidavit confirming they will follow the Montana Beer Act and all related laws. The affidavit bans sales to those under 21 or visibly intoxicated, and forbids allowing intoxicated or disorderly persons on the premises.
Single men ages 15 to 25 may list their names and addresses with B A Roll, clerk of the Teton County Relief committee, as a preliminary measure for potential government forestry conservation corps recruitment. If enlistment is assigned to relief, men can be contacted when needed. One man was placed this Wednesday as part of the relief offices free employment service.
