Bosselier Grand Larceny Case Dismissed
Al Bosselier of 137.50 Dutton faced grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing a team of horses from Robert Youland. The case was dismissed after a justice court hearing found insufficient evidence to bind over to the district court for trial. Attorney T. H. Pridham appeared for the defendant.

Soup freight driver shoots oil wells for pay
A White truck carried 600 quarts of nitroglycerin en route from Caspar Wyoming to Sunburst. The driver, paid 500 dollars a month plus 100 for each well shot, allegedly used the dangerous cargo to aid oil well work. The risked shipment was delivered to Shelby in the dark amid hush about insurance and orphans among the hounds.

Legion Get Together Meeting Set for April 25
At a Choteau Post No 6 American Legion Tuesday night final plans were made for a county wide get together on April 25. Ex service men are invited.
