Local family alters travel plans amid blizzard in the Dakotas
Pete Otness reports Mrs Otness and son Leslie are visiting Minnesota. They left Montana just before a blizzard crossed the Dakotas and Minnesota about ten days ago, finding it hard to reach Minneapolis with over 200 cars queued behind snow plows. Carl Wedum and his wife left for California and other western destinations on a monthlong vacation.

Funeral Rites Held For Earl Agee At Chateau Church
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at the Chateau Methodist church for Earl Agee 26 of Agawam who died last week from a gun shot wound. He was found in the yard near his parents ranch home after leaving their house early Thursday. Definite cause of death is not known. He is survived by his parents two brothers Don and Harry and four sisters Rita Salansky George Steingremon Betty Nelson. Agee had recent business in Great Falls and was seen in Chateau about midnight.
