Twenty five boys have turned out for Chateau High School track under coach Charles Peck. The Bulldog squad will compete in four meets beginning April 14 at home, then April 20 at Cut Bank, divisional at Shelby May 4, and final prep meet at Great Falls May 11 before the state meet. Choteau School Election to Elect Trustees and Levies
The Choteau annual school election on Saturday April 7 will elect two board members and consider two special levies. Polls open 12 to 6 p m at the elementary. Candidates include Al Jaumotte Eddie Heward Glen Steudt and Barney McClee with Jaumotte and Heward incumbents. The elementary levy is 7000 about three mills one mill less than last year. March of Dimes Collects Over 3 599 in County
The March of Dimes campaign in Teton County raised 3399.36 with $1650 from Ogawam Farmington and $1133.80 from Chateau wine among other communities. Half funds stay in the local chapter for polio cases. the rest goes to national headquarters for research and polio programs. County Chair W. E. Howard thanks participants and organizations for the success.
