Clothing Workshops Teach Wartime Makeover Skills
In March two county workshops taught home makers reconditioning dresses, coats and suits for tailored appearance. Fourteen participants learned marking, pressing and following instructions to improve garment quality and shared appreciation for the craft. Attendees requested an additional workshop in early fall.
