Pendroy Sees Rural Electrification Interest Grow
Pendroy and surrounding areas show strong interest after a presentation by rural electrification engineer R. H. Miller. A committee led by J. A. Swanson will survey sign-ups to reach the required two and a half to three users per mile for a 15 to 20 mile line linking to the Montana Power Co. Severe March Cold Breaks Records Amid Snow
A cold spell dropped six inches of snow in the region last weekend with over a quarter inch of precipitation. Temperatures plummeted to 21 below Sunday night, 10 below Monday, and 15 below Tuesday, while Friday’s blizzard persisted into Tuesday. March 1932 and 1930 remain the only colder Marches, and April begins with record cold back to 1912.
Easter Play and Programs at Pendroy Church
The Methodist church Sunday school in Pendroy presents the Easter play The Light in the Window tomorrow night and repeats April 5. Special music accompanies the performance with proceeds aiding kindergarten and beginners' rooms upgrades. Easter morning program at 10 am, followed by a glee club cantata at 8 pm conducted by Miss Mae Walton.

4-H Club Rally Draws 350 In Severe Weather
Three hundred fifty 4-H members parents and leaders braved below zero temps and six inches of snow for the all county rally at Teton County High School Chateau with representatives from nearly all clubs. The program featured community singing led by Fred Willson and a Farmington club skit followed by vocal numbers by Collins community youths and a Chateau community tap dance and kit chen band.

Storm Halts Musicians En Route to Brady
Tennant's orchestra started for Brady last Friday evening to play at a junior class event. A windstorm blew out flares near Gene Ferris Place, misdirecting the group onto a wrong road, and the car became stuck. After walking to a farmhouse for help, they freed the vehicle and returned to Chateau after 11 p.m. unable to continue.

Former Choteau Man Takes Bride in Ohio
Earle Hansen, son of Mrs Elansen of Choteau, married Daisy Lake of Dayton Ohio. The ceremony occurred last October in Newcastle Indiana but was only announced recently. Hansen, a 1927 Teton County High School graduate, studied at Montana State College and later worked in Bozeman before moving to Dayton and joining The Penfield Co. The bride, a stenographer, previously worked for Dayton's BakeLite Co.
