Chetwynd school completes internal evaluation and prepares reports
The steering committee and staff finalize the school evaluation and forward reports to the Superintendent of Schools and the Ministry of Education. An external review team from similar districts visits March 21 to examine programs and meet students, parents, and community members. Parent and Community surveys by Mr. Sabulsky and Katimavik are in. a school board meeting is set for March 22 at 8 15 pm. Parent-Teacher Night was February 17 with progress info available by calling 788-2267.

Northmen, Dynamos battle to 10 10 hockey tie
Northmen and Hudson Hope Dynamos played to a 10 10 draw on Saturday night with Fort St. John talent bolstering the Dynamos early. Dietzik led the Dynamos with a hat trick and two goal scorers added two, while Nowicki aided the Northmen with a hat trick and other players added goals. The Northmen will host a seven team junior hockey tournament March 26 27 28 inviting community support for senior men’s hockey.
