Windrem School reports and winter activities update
Robyn Mallia reports from Windrem School covering Ms Burt's class learning to tell time and Mrs Deith’s Conservation Destination Club studying water and oceans. Mr Smith leads a lively grade five swim program at Leisure Pool on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mr Davidson's class of 28 returns from a winter survival camp at Gwillim Lake under supervisors Bassett Knight Walter Watchorn. The group skis, builds fires and snow shelters. Heather Treby suffers a knee injury during a snowshoe race and returns home. Valentine raffle proceeds with three Home Hardware gift certificates and one Little Prairie Cabs prize. draw on February 14.
