Snowmobile racers from Peace River and beyond descend on Powder King for the 1996 Chetwynd hill climb with nearly 30000 in prizes. About 2000 fans are expected to attend as Kevin Crazy McCray defends last year’s title and Larry Blackburn promotes sponsors and shows off new factory snow machines.
