Dr Rhodes cites a 1987 Transport Canada study showing 53 percent of BC children under five properly restrained. He urges parents to contact ICBC Traffic Safety Education and Transport Canada for seat inspection clinics and use only seats approved for Canada. ICBC Prince George number is 562 8587. Donations from Loomis Courier Services and CP Transport fund free courier service and freight discounts to deliver gift seats to BC hospitals.
