Institute Hosts Lectures and Celebrations at City Opera House
State Superintendent Browne spoke on school law at the institute and a large audience attended. Friday afternoon the resolutions committee recognized contributors to the institute's success. The gathering closed with an old time love feast and brief speeches by teachers and visitors. James D. Gibson, once of Newaukum and now blind, plans to move to Dawson City with his uncle John Hammon. He has lived in Seattle and other cities.
