Charge Dropped Against Urbana Man Earl Stevens
A charge of operating a motor car while under the influence of intoxicating liquor against Earl Stevens of Urbana was dropped after a state lab report showed blood alcohol below the legal minimum. Stevens had been arrested last Wednesday night and also faced a separate charge of driving without a license. He posted bonds of 140 dollars and 125 dollars was returned to him.

Traffic Crash On Bridge Injures One
Floyd T Malcolm, 26, suffered a nose injury after a collision on the east river bridge near 6 30 p m yesterday. His car hit a four wheel trailer behind Eldon D Vaughn 28. Malcolm was treated and released from Neosho Memorial Hospital and faces charges for operating a motor car while under the influence and failing to reduce speed. Bonds were posted at 150 dollars.
