Two Rice Students Killed In Campus Prank
On the Rice Institute campus in Houston two sophomores died during a prank. Karl Bailley, 19, died of carbon monoxide suffocation while clinging to a ladder inside the campanile, and Cecil Carrol, 19, fell while attempting to rescue him.
