Kansas Supreme Court freed Buffalo man George T. Finley after reversing its April ruling. Finley had faced charges for not returning his driver’s license, vehicle registration and tags after his license was suspended under the Safety Responsibility Act. The court held the act did not make this a violation, citing prior recovery by peace officers was not executed.

Ocean Freighter Blocks Canal Near Port Robinson
