Two Arrested After Accident at K39 and US 75
Don Colaw and Bud Peterson were arrested by the highway patrol after a collision at the K39 US 75 junction west of here. Eugene Gurwell Dies in Car Crash
Eugene Gurwell aged 33 of Wichita died in a one car crash on US 54 near Andover Road just after midnight. Three Wichita occupants survived with injuries. Gurwell, a bakery route man, left a wife Margaret Wolfe and five children. Funeral services are set for Wednesday at Johnson Mortuary with burial at Memorial Park.
