The 21-year-old mother of three could not swim, toppled into eight feet of water, and Flores tied a hose to her, called for help, and jumped in to keep her head above water until neighbors and firemen pulled them out with a rope from a 16 foot deep well.

Fire Destroys Building At Dump Grounds
