The body of 49 year old Thomas Lincoln Vollmer was recovered from Lake Parsons and pronounced an accidental drowning by Neosho county coroner Dr Albert Kihm. Vollmer had a history of epileptic seizures and may have drowned during a seizure. The body was found near the spillway after authorities were alerted by Lester Shears of Parsons R 1.
