Crop Dusting Pilot Killed In Osborne County Crash
A 39 year old crop dusting pilot Doyle Chester Dillon of Mankato Kansas died in a single engine aircraft crash on the Lewis Boultinghouse farm 18 miles southwest of Osborne Kansas. No witnesses were reported to the Osborne County sheriff's office. Dillon leaves a widow and three children.

The 124 acre Wilson County State Lake, formed by Woodruff Creek southeast of Buffalo, nearly fills to the spillway with rainwater. It will be closed to fishing for about two years as fish mature.
