Neosho county farm agent Mah lon Morley reports barley in the southern fields ready to cut with two to three days needed for full harvest if drying weather holds. Wheat cutting should start by late next week, weather permitting, with yields of 20 to 30 bushels per acre expected.

A preview was set for officials and press, with the first public showing Friday night. Jones would receive a special memento from Mayor George E Norvell.
