Road Near Fredonia Unlucky for Altoona’s Barnhart
Altoona resident Clyde Barnhart 22 and James A. Roberts 63 of Wichita collided on a curve at Burton hill east of Fredonia. Barnhart sustained facial cuts and a possible shoulder injury while Roberts had shock and abrasions. Barnhart, paralyzed from a January crash at the same spot, was driving with hand controls after a prior injury. His brother James escaped with cuts and bruises.
