Youth Sentenced For Sale of LSD in Independence
Richard Davis aged 23 of Independence was sentenced to 120 years by Montgomery County District Court Judge David Scott Monday for sale of LSD. The judge also ordered Davis referred to the state reception and diagnostic center in Topeka for mental evaluation after a July 1971 drug raid coordinated by Atty. Gen. Vern Miller.
