He designed and builds them by hand, with safety features and a folding handle. He produced about 18 last year and plans about 40 more this year as demand rises, aiming for a larger operation with wholesale outlets next year.

Children Responsible For Broken Windows
Police say schoolchildren traveling an alley to or from home may be responsible for a string of 13 broken windows at 416 East 6th Street.
