State aid boost raises Chanute school funds by 35,000
Chanute public schools expect about 230,000 in state aid for 1961-62, up from 195,000 this year. Junior College aid totals roughly 100 per student for full time enrollment, with 2,181 to 2,200 grades one through twelve students.
