The body of Frances Bloomfield, 57, of 38 Wakefield Court, was found wrapped in plastic in a rural ditch near Rockford Illinois. Police classify the death as homicide with ties to Iowa City. her husband reported her missing after an overseas trip. The family car, a red 1994 Honda Accord with plate 051154, remains missing.
