Kalamazoo Michigan AP Upjohn Co said it began a tender offer of six dollars a share for all stock of O's Gold Seed Co of Parkersburg Iowa. The offer depends on completing the purchase from Central Soya of Fort Wayne Indiana and expires October 17. O's Gold Seed supplies seed for corn and other crops.
