Sarah C. Rowe age 58 of Minneapolis formerly head librarian at the Masonic library in Cedar Rapids died Friday. Born May 29 1914 in Cedar Rapids she graduated from Coe College and served with the Red Cross in India during World War II. She married William H. Rowe in 1947. Surviving besides her husband is her brother John C. Palmer of Cedar Rapids. Services are pending in Minneapolis.
